[SustainableTompkins] LA Times article on the "Think City" Electric Car

Here's a link to an article about the "Think City", being built in Norway.

One interesting item is that because the battery accounts for about half the
cost of the car, they're considering selling the car, but leasing the
battery.

Another tidbit from the article is that this company's ownership passed
through the hands of Ford in the late '90s when Ford saw it as one way to
respond California's Zero-Emission Vehicle mandate.  Once the auto giants
solved the problem in a more typical way -- they helped scuttle the mandate
-- Ford promptly sold the company.
