Hi all,
I'm posting this for a friend who's looking for safe (non-treated), usable
wood that's had a previous life.It doesn't have to be exact, but he is
looking for timbers that are not
chemically treated that measure 8in square and are around 9 ft long.
They can be old, prefer them to be actually, but not rotten. They will be
used
for building a table for his final project for graduation from RIT
School of Metals. Sort of what railroad ties are but without the
chemical treatment.
Any leads would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Kate
