Passing this request for a speaker on from a friend...

I am casting a wide net, as I am looking for someone who can address the 
topic of Carbon Tax v Cap and Trade for our August Back to Democracy 
meeting. We have the son of a former steering committee member who will 
be visiting from California at that time who will address efforts in 
this regard in Ca., however, we need someone who can speak to the 
broader topic also. Any suggestions as to someone who might know of a 
good speaker?  If you're interested or know of someone who could speak
