Greetings friends,

The Swarm on Congress continues and our friend Adam Kokesh with Iraq Veterans Against the War has been in the news regarding the U.S. Marines' attempt to silence him.

Our next board meeting, which is open to all dues-paying members, will be tomorrow, Wednesday at 7 PM. We are located at 1233 12th Street, NW in the basement.

** Peace Center series on Cost of War: "Gaza Strip"
7 PM, Wednesday, June 13th
Foundry United Methodist Church, 1500 16th Street (16th and P), NW
The first film and discussion as part of the Washington Peace Center's summer film series "The Cost of War." This will be a regular series, every Wednesday. The discussion period following the film will feature one or two "experts"/activists on the issue material, and will last about 40-50 minutes.
