[Wpfw-lsb] Excused Absenteeism

In the case of Shujaa's abscence at the last meeting in order to be in S. Carolina to speak I did motion and was told by the chair it was not neccessary that he would be excused unless anyone present wished to challege the abscence. We have that on tape, but I am not sure the minutes reflect that. Obviously if there was a problem all of you know I would have held my ground and made you vote me down, I ain't shy or nothing. My understanding of the rules was is similar, but sometimes we suspend them and do something else, and as no one objected my understanding is that was the case with Shujaa's abscence.
