Luzette, my sister, I don't feel or think I've jumped the gun, at  least not 
in this case. I respect, and most times accept, the opinion,  knowledge, 
skills, and insights of others concerning things, issues,  circumstances, 
documents, etc., that for whatever reason I don't understand. The  issue of whether I 
can be on the LSB program, or any other program doesn't fall  into that 
category. 
There are times when very plain, straight forward things are portrayed  as 
complicated, and needing interpretation. What ruling is needed? What is  
complicated about, 
1. THAT CANDIDATES CANNOT APPEAR ON WPFW AIR AFTER A CERTAIN  DATE?
2. THAT AS YET, I AM NOT A CANDIDATE?
3. "Nominations for candidates close September 25.2004?
