Billy Ray, I don't have the slightest doubt that you can do all you have in  
mind. It does take time, so don't let up. I get very anger with you when I 
think  you are misusing your power. All that read my messages should know that 
you, and  many other LSB members, are part of my family. And as such, I think 
this  family can and will have differences that we have to struggle with and 
solve.  But please folks don't leave the family.
Some of the greatest lessons I get from the other stations are in the areas  
of what not to do. We don't have to duplicate their mistakes or divisions:  
UNLESS WE CHOOSE TO.
With what Pacifica has gone through in the last few years, that I'm  
conscious of, and those people on all sides that were intimately involved, the  past 
may be difficult to put aside. But please understand, I believe that at  PFW, 
no one is going any where, and the only sensible strategy that all our  efforts 
must follow is win-win solutions. If our mode of encountering each  other is 
win-lose, we will all lose.
It was not my intention to preach. My aim was simply to say to one and all  
not to mistake my criticism of Billy Ray. I love him as I love Tom Gomez  and 
Simin. We need the strength they bring.
