Thomas,

I, for one, would be more than happy to comply here. We do need to
remember that the National Finance Committee motions are just that, motions from a
committee made up of 5 PNB reps and 5 Treasurers. All motions are first voted
on by the committee, as such the WPFW LSB Treasurer also is aware of and
receives a copy of all proposed motions. As Chair of that committee, it is my
responsibility to forward all motions passed by the committee to the PNB for full
consideration, whether I supported the motion or not.

In the case of the last four motions from the NFC committee, I did
support their intent and still do. I look forward to explaining why they have
strengthened the ability of LSBs to get financial information. I had been slated
to speak on these motions BEFORE the national board meeting at our meeting in
May. I asked for and was granted time to discuss the motions. HOWEVER, we
never go to that part of the meeting. I remember leaving that meeting extremely
upset because we never discussed the National Board meeting about to convene
at which a number of motions were to be presented.

Since the May meeting adjourned with no committee reports or PNB reports,
I did email everyone for suggestions on Agenda Items and I forwarded those
suggestions to the PNB chair. I also sent an email listing the Agenda Items I
had requested. But I DID NOT send an email with the exact motions from the
National Finance Committee. I will do so in the future.

     Mark R
