Those Pacificans not actually in deep coma states know it's only a matter of
time before PNB member Carol Spooner and Executive Director Dan Coughlin go
hurtling over Reichenbach Falls, locked in their death grip, a la Moriarty
and Holmes.

Will they take the network with them?

The answer is, "Yes" if our PNB members can't find anything better to do
than circumscribe the powers and duties we delegated to the LSBs.

There ARE big picture issues facing Pacifica; let's deal with them, please.
