Luzette,

    This is NOT about secrecy.  I URGE Jim to allow us to debate this issue 
before ALL at the next LSB meeting.  One minute this is about the by-laws, then 
it is about the MASC, then it is about the local finance committee, and the 
staff--I dot know where you are coming from.  But if you think that you can 
convince anyone, one the facts are shown, that these finance motions HURT WPFW, 
or that your "local finance committee mission" HELPS the LSB, bring it on.
