Dear Luzette,

The selection of a general manager is the
most important decision the LSB will make.
It is the role of the committee to
facilitate the LSB's  involvement in the process.
All resumes of candidates must
be available to LSB members.
Confidentiality should be maintained
within the LSB, not within the committee.

You have argued eloquently for
disclosure of information so that decisions can
be made or oversight performed.  Nowhere is the principle
more crucial than in this matter.
